Experience:
4-7 Years of Experience in Acquisition, Sales and Marketing

Job Description:
  • Responsible for the desired number of visits.
  • Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
  • Act as a Product Expert and utilize those skills to help out the team in closing sale.
  • Maintain data for follow up and call on fresh data and generate fresh business.
  • Deep dive in to quality reports and work on identified training needs.
  • Ensure monthly target delivery.
  • Analyze associates hurdles and suggesting solutions to close the sale.
  • Administer performance by providing effective feedback & corrective action plans.
  • Perform quality checks, develop and review performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives.
  • Develop call scripts to facilitate better quality measures and enhance production.
  • Tracking the Productivity of all the team members.
  • Participating with management in making sales strategies and set targets to ensure growth of Business and Profitability.
  • Conduct activities/events to attract target clients.
