Job Location: Bulawayo and Mashonaland West
Experience: 4-7 Years of Experience in Acquisition, Sales and Marketing
- Responsible for the desired number of visits.
- Achieving sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing business from existing clients.
- Act as a Product Expert and utilize those skills to help out the team in closing sale.
- Maintain data for follow up and call on fresh data and generate fresh business.
- Deep dive in to quality reports and work on identified training needs.
- Ensure monthly target delivery.
- Analyze associates hurdles and suggesting solutions to close the sale.
- Administer performance by providing effective feedback & corrective action plans.
- Perform quality checks, develop and review performance reports, identify areas to improve, and implement measures to improve performance levels and meet objectives.
- Develop call scripts to facilitate better quality measures and enhance production.
- Tracking the Productivity of all the team members.
- Participating with management in making sales strategies and set targets to ensure growth of Business and Profitability.
- Conduct activities/events to attract target clients.
